Staff very friendly and welcoming. Access easy although parking limited there is plenty of on road parking. Room / apartment Lovely and clean although lacking in kitchen crockery not enough no bowels and only a couple of plates .. Our only real complaint is thar they knew we were bringing a dog however didn't tell us that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant so we paid for three days of breakfast and didn't eat a thing because of leaving ( or not being allowed to ) the dog .This should have been explained when it was noted that we had booked breakfast. Will definitely stay again but obviously not book breakfast.
Just returned after spending 2 nights in room 13. Don't understand previous bad reviews as we found our room comfortable and spotlessly clean. Could do with a fridge but otherwise a pleasant stay
